What is a Movie Palette?

What’s the difference between standard and premium?

The premium canvases are thicker (1.25" bar depth), while the standard canvases are thinner (0.75" bar depth). The finish of both canvas types looks great, but the premium canvases have a more glossy finish, while standard are matte. And lastly the premium canvases are for those who are looking for artist quality canvas, while standard has a more basic look. 👌

Can I add a gift note💖?

Unfortunately, it is not possible at the moment to add a gift note to your order. We are aware that some customers would love to add an extra layer of personalization to their MoviePalette. We are working on finding the perfect solution, stay tuned! 👀

Help, my discount code doesn't work! 

You can enter your discount code in the cart page or at the check out.  

Make sure that you have entered the voucher code with no extra spaces or punctuation. 

Bear in mind that coupon codes and offers can expire, and sometimes coupon codes can't be cumulated with other offers, so make sure that all the coupon conditions are met when applying the coupon. 

Here are some common error messages, explained:

“Coupon has expired”: Your coupon is out of date and cannot be applied 

“Coupon does not exist”: You have entered an invalid coupon

“Another coupon is already in use, and cannot be combined with this coupon”: You cannot combine these two offers with each other. If you continue to experience problems, please get in touch with us via our request form.  

I need to make a change to my order

Please contact us ASAP for any changes you’d like to make. If your order hasn’t been printed yet, we’ll complete these changes for you! In your request, please specify your order number and the changes you would like to make and we will try to fulfil them for you the best we can. 💖

SHIPPING

Do you ship worldwideđŸ±â€đŸ?

Yes we do. We have partnerships with shipping companies in USA, Canada, Australia and Europe and therefore can often offer free shipping. For other countries you will incur an extra charge unfortunately.

How long does it take to receive the orderđŸ‘©â€âœˆïž?

For very urgent orders, please order a digital image which you will be able to take it to your local canvas printing company to print. Also get in touch and we will be able to advice you.

We usually process yours orders in 1-2 business days (preparing the image, printing it, stretching on canvas, quality control, packaging), however peak time can take up to 5 business days. The shipping usually takes another 2-6 business days. For urgent orders please get in touch and we will make sure it is sent out as early as possible.

Do you ship to APO or PO boxes?

Yes, we can deliver to PO box addresses and Military Bases

How can I track my 📩?

Once we have printed and handed your order over to the shipping company we will email you the tracking number along with the shipping partner. Please allow up to a full business day for the tracking link to update with your shipment information.

My order arrived damaged, what now💔?

Please email us via support@moviepalette.com and include an image of the damaged product as well as the damaged packaging along with your order ID number and a short message letting us know what happened.

What is a digital option?

Digital options means we will send you a ready to print image file which you can take to your local print house for printing. These types of orders are best if you live in a country where shipping is very expensive or you need the Movie Palette extra fast. We however cannot ensure that the print house you are using will be able to provide the best quality product.

Can you transform my video into a barcode🌈?

Can you make a barcode of any custom movie🏳‍🌈?

YES! You can choose ANY movie of all time, we will make it for you. 

Is it ready to hang?

YES! Our canvases come to you all ready to hang and enjoy in your interior.

Is it framed in?

We can provide a framing option for an extra cost. Please reach out to us directly.

Where is the name of the movie🙌?

We do not add the movie name onto the canvas in order to keep the secret of the canvas in secret 👌

Does the colors of the canvas look the same in real life? Are these stripes sharp and separate🎉?

YES! We can assure you that these canvases look great both in photos and real life! All the stripes are bright and separate so you can try and guess which movie scene is each stripe!

My order is a gift - can you remove the invoice from the package🎁?

No problem! Your MoviePalette does not have a receipt inside the packaging itself. To make your surprise perfect, we strongly recommend you to NOT use the e-mail address of the receiver but your own.
