Processing time
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING - 100% TRACKED.
Orders are being dispatched from our printing houses in different parts of the world within 1-2 business days after placing the order. During busier times it will take up to 5 business days. All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit.
Your order will be delivered to you via or your local postal services.
We can deliver to PO box addresses and Military Bases.
Shipping time
Depending on where you live, shipping usually takes:
- USA, Canada, UK, Australia & Spain: 2-6 business days
- Central & Southern Europe: 3-7 days
- Rest of the World: 7-21 days
Please note that these time frames apply to regular (non-pandemic) circumstances. Due to pandemic, depending on your location regulations, there might be slight delays on top of standard delivery times. We ask you to give up to 10 days on top of regular delivery time before getting in touch with our customer service team.
Undeliverable Address
It is customers responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. If a customer provides a wrong address at checkout, the order might get lost and unfortunately all costs will be covered by the buyer. If you have provided a wrong address when filling shipping information please inform us as quickly as possible.
Tracking your 📦?
Once we have printed and handed your order over to the shipping company we will email you the tracking number along with the shipping partner. Please allow up to a full business day for the tracking link to update with your shipment information.

Customs and Taxes
Our banking system is in USD and therefore all the payments will be transacted in USD. You will not incur any extra taxes or customs as we usually ship within the country (we have printing facilities all over the world). In rare instances if you have ordered Movie Palette and you are required to pay customs – please get in touch via support@moviepalette.com
Damaged Order
Please email us via support@moviepalette.com and include an image of the damaged product as well as the damaged packaging along with your order ID number and a short message letting us know what happened.
